It still remains very difficult to predict the extent, speed and ramifications of the spread of the Coronavirus. Nevertheless, I would like to reassure all of our customers that GHC is a resilient business and has robust plans in place to deal with such eventualities as office closures.
From a staffing perspective, we have remote office access capability meaning that all of our dealing, investment management, customer service and back office functions can continue as normal. Additionally, as we approach the end of year reporting period, we have plans in place to ensure that all the usual reports will be dispatched in a timely manner.
Looking to the longer term, it is impossible to predict what may happen. Irrespective of this GHC is confident it has the capability to adapt to significant challenges.
