COVID 19 – Actions we are taking to protect our customers and colleagues

Following the 16th March announcement by the government of its updated advice regarding the coronavirus outbreak, GHC is taking the following actions to protect both our customers and our employees.

With immediate effect many of our staff will start working from home and our offices will close to external visitors. This action is being taken to ensure there is no interruption to the investment management and stockbroking services we provide to our customers, and to protect the wellbeing of our staff.

Please be assured that, aside from some small changes (see below), you will see no change in the level of service we provide.

Temporary changes we are putting in place

  • We will be suspending the posting of contract notes and will only be able to provide email copies.
  • We will be suspending the posting of probate valuations and will only be able to provide email copies.
